1000 YEARS OLD S.R.L., whose full details appear below, is the controller of the data collected by this site.
Data collected
Quote form: company name, country, contact name, email address, phone (optional), product of interest, estimated volume, message (optional). Contact form: name, email address, company (optional), message. We also record the time of sending, the page it came from, the browser used, and an anonymised fingerprint of the IP address used solely to limit automated submissions.
Purpose
To answer your commercial enquiry and, where appropriate, to enter into a commercial relationship. Your email address receives an automatic acknowledgement straight away, and our reply after it. Your data is never sold, rented, or used for advertising, and you are not signed up to any newsletter.
Legal basis
Pre-contractual measures taken at your request (GDPR article 6.1.b). Without this information we cannot prepare a quotation.
Recipients
The data is available to the people handling sales within the company. It is hosted, and carried by email, by Cloudflare, Inc. Audience measurement is handled by Metrone Inc., which receives nothing you send through the forms. The site has no other processor and no other transfer takes place.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise it, write to the address below stating your request. We reply within one month.
Complaints
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, or to the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies. Traffic is measured with Metrone, whose script is served from our own domain: no cookie, no advertising identifier, no following a visitor from one site to another. What is recorded is the pages viewed, where you came from, the type of device, the country, and clicks on our contact or outbound links. Your browser keeps a temporary visit number, valid for thirty minutes and cleared when you close the tab, which stops the same person being counted twice. The IP address is reduced to an anonymised fingerprint on arrival and then discarded. Those measurements are kept in the European Union, which is why you are not shown a consent banner.
